As an industry seasoned veteran who has been in this industry for 6 years, 3.5 years with Samson this was the BEST employer I worked for throughout the entire industry. The generous compensation; the commission splits you’ll earn if you have the expertise confidence, will and grit, perseverance, discipline, mental toughness, and enthusiasm. The transparency with Steve and Mike, who are available at anytime to go over anything you would like to discuss or need further clarity on. If you are starting out in the industry there are plenty of educational resources, and helpful Senior employees that can help you grow and become great in sales and develop a career, or future within the Financial Services industry. Mutual respect and appreciation among colleagues, employees, beautiful clean office space, access to new software technology, learning atmosphere, and positive winning energy and culture. Success is there, it’s up to you and what you make of it.

I really can’t speak on any negative areas, because there are few to none and the company and personal achievements I had experienced are unforgettable. If you’re willing to make a commitment and put in the work the Juice is 100% worth the squeeze.
