The CEO would always belittle his employees every moment he could get, he would have morning meetings setup to say "this team is the best team he's ever had" and by the end of the week half of the people are replaced. There is no training done whatsoever. There are no benefits set in place for any of the workers. They pay on a draw system with some employees which basically means that any deal that you make they can take whatever amount they choose out of your portion of the check from the money you accumulated each week.
