      No commission splits, education and free tools like RealScout, KCM, Lofty, Bold Trail and an in house print center

      Cons

      It can feel too big with over 6k agents but easy to find a smaller group to connect with.

      You get an office to yourself

      Cons

      Benefits suck, no work-life balance, they don't keep anyone in the marketing department because they get overworked and overwhelmed. Everything gets blamed on marketing, and there's absolutely no communication or feedback.
