Hourly pay too low to deal with their BS.
Too much OT after promising none.
Haven’t seen the plant manager in literally years.
Production floor manager is full of it and plays favorites to the extreme.
Unless you’re part of the clique, you’ll get nowhere.
Instead of raises, we got board games for the break room.
The restaurant in the building is gross and a joke.
They preach that they’re “like a family”, but only because they want you working there for cheap.
Should’ve never taken 12’s away just to mandate 10-20 hours of OT per week.
No real recognition or appreciation ever.
