Pros
They have a lot of wonderful offerings for the communities they manufacture clothes and have a really pleasant client base for the most part. They promote from within and send you lots of clothing items. They have a great training program that gets an insane amount of information over mutiple platforms rather quickly. No one works weekends and there is always an opportunity for overtime when you are trained. Everything shut down at 5 pm pst except for the warehouse. Most coworkers and management are pretty kind and helpful.
Cons
There is a very whitewashed culture that is super focused on stats and times. This is basically a customer service job that pays way too little for the amount of training and the hyper management of minutes they insist on. There is little to no flexibility with shift times. This is a very corporate gig no matter how folksy they act, it's pretty strict.
