Pros
Getting paid on- time, good people (non-management)
Cons
This organization has 2 very big problems- leadership issues and turnover, and the fact that they cannot launch a new product or feature to save their lives. Organizationally, there have been 3 CEO's in 3 years, and multiple ELT changes. Every time a new leader comes in, the strategy changes, and no one can keep up. Sales and Marketing are a mess due to the lack of strategy and guidance, which makes it difficult to sell/ work with others in the organization. The current sales and marketing leader is very difficult to work with- proceed with caution there. On the product side, there has been so much turnover within product and engineering that , again, there is a lack of strategy and focus on getting new features and functions out the door. Sandata definitely has an identity crisis on their hands- no one can clearly explain who Sandata is, what they do (beyond providing EVV services) and what they stand for. It is a very shallow organization where people are just focused on churning out work vs putting effort and quality in. Senior leadership treats employees as though they're easily replaceable, not a great environment.
