The people. Anyone below management level - a good bunch until they all left.

Cons

Poor management. Too many politics within group and each department was like working against each other. No support from higher up, and just not bothered about anyone’s general wellbeing.

Some great people worked there, gradually all leaving for better jobs and rightly so. The training was pretty good. Lauren Gittins is awesome. (and can do better than that place)

Cons

Some of the worst commission set ups I have seen, basically chump change per deal. Cafe was good until they made cuts. Now overpriced, mid quality morsels of depression are the best you can hope for. Rules only applied if you weren't pals with the GM. The GM.
