Cannot think of any pros vs previous jobs and competitors. If you've just entered into employment with Sandro as a manger get the hell out.
Cons
Nightmare. Illegal HR procedures for micro-management tactics to dismiss people on ridiculous and unfeasible grounds. You have no security and are completely disposable, yes even as a manager. You will be expected to showcase your 'skills' as a manager by asserting your authority and dismissing people. Even if you demonstrate turnover results it will be used against you; If you don't fit the image and company culture (which is bizarre) then be prepared not to stay and take each day as it comes. The worse working experience of my life. avoid at all costs - everything you read on here is true. I cannot explain how disappointed I am to have had this working experience.
