Vast resources, lots of opportunity on paper, good pay
Cons
Has a real problem with cliques and bullying. HR doesn't really seem care or try to filter out anything they might say. Politics matters to some providers here more than patients do.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you felt supported and that our commitment to employee well-being stood out, along with the benefits offered. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback.
High turn over rate for a reason. The management is horrendous above all else. Forces CNAs to work severely understaffed, sometimes alone to a 40 patient unit. They treat their employees like they are disposable and show absolutely zero appreciation unless you fall under their favoritism. Promote horrible employees whilst treating the good ones horribly. They expect you to throw your personal life away for the job. Will pick employees up during snow storms but expect them to find their own rides home in an attempt to trap them there to work a double shift when other staff inevitably don’t show up at shift change. They also offer hot meals for those who will stay overnight during predicted snow storms but those hot meals end up being a bag of goldfish and some gram crackers. They threaten to report evening employees for abandonment if they don’t work a double when overnights don’t show up at shift change. The work environment is borderline abusive and is extremely detrimental to a persons mental health. Management also has a tendency to sweep illegal doings under the rug and refuse to cooperate with police when it involves cases pertaining to their residents. Best advice I can give is to stay as far away from this place as possible. They do not care about you.
