No one working in this company for even six months. If employees for asking confirmation letter after six months, MD will simply terminate them.
Cons
No one is continuing the following positions for more than six months. Receptionist 1month Java developers 4 months Accountants 5 months System administrator 5 months Software developers 6 months Graphic designer 5 months. This is based on my experience.
