Pros
Used to be a good company a few years back. History of projects is good but knowledge is limited to what the MD knows and what is documented as most of the previous team is no more with the firm. A week of learning and excitement at max in the current state.
Cons
Bad infrastructure to work in. Tall promises but doesn't keep up to it. Calls itself cutting edge but team has ZERO expertise or access to infrastructure in the fields it claims to operate in. I personally felt conned because information shared at the time of hiring and leaving was wrong.
