      Pros

      Lots of different projects to work on. Lots of different areas to work in. You gain lots of experience fast.

      Cons

      You get to work 50+ hours a week doing thing over and over. There is never enough time to do it right but there is time to do it again. Office has not been remodeled since the 70s.
