I don’t really know what to say about pros ..

Toxic workplace , I don’t like the way appointments are booked , it isn’t in the patients best interest to double book sessions

- Decent employee nights out (York Races, Christmas events)

- Multiple management level employees partake in Class A substances - Don't care about the ground level workforce, - Certain management will use any and all means against you, poor support including mental health (MH training includes avoiding doing as much as you can for the issue and individual). - Advertises as 40hrs per week in the office, but also expect some weekends on rotation working from home. - Regularly dismisses faults in company, such as poor record keeping, poor physio staff, borderline fraudulent signature practices, among other issues.
