Good working environment, people are open to listen. Trust to do your job from management. Smart working 2 days a week, gives you enough flexibility to organize your private life. Friendly colleagues. Good salary and working conditions.
Cons
Sometimes it can be a little hectic due to the challenging times the world is going through. An HR strategy is lacking to attract and retain talent and to work on the SanoRice employer brand. Some teams are understaffed and people have a higher workload. Overall a really good company to work for with some areas of improvement.
