Terrible place to work - Anonymous Santen Employee Review

Everything else. Hierarchical. Getting things done is impossible and managers will throw you under the bus to save face. Hours. You are expected to work at all times. Global projects mean you have to join meetings at all hours of the night. No respect to home or family life. No growth. There are no real promotions. Work here for years dealing with the headaches of the other issues, get ready to be hired over. Communication. The communication is terrible all-around. I have never worked at such a terrible company and look to leave as soon as possible and would tell anybody applying to look elsewhere if possible.
