      Pros

      Working hours are really flexible if you do your work properly and in time, there's no one breathing in your neck. WFH and from anywhere in the world is possible! And lastly, the people that makes your daily routine a "no-routine" at all they are all there to help you in anything you may need, professionally and personally too.

      Pros

      We are all part of the organization and can speak up and contribute in any level. We all have a voice and we all work for a common goal, to grow both individually and collectively. It truly feels like a family.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. Every issue or need I had I raised to my manager and we were able to work it out.
