      People are nice and excellent professionals. It's a flat company, there are salary revisions every six months. The offices are in the main area of the city.

      Cons

      Some days, offices are a little overcrowded.

      Pros

      We are all part of the organization and can speak up and contribute in any level. We all have a voice and we all work for a common goal, to grow both individually and collectively. It truly feels like a family.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. Every issue or need I had I raised to my manager and we were able to work it out.
