The food is good... that's about it. You become close with people and make friends if you want to.

Management is insane. I know people that literally will not go near the store because they are scarred. Worst turn-over in any company I've worked for. They put so much responsibility on high schoolers and then get angry when the job isn't totally perfect. The management treats the workers like slaves.

-Since my internship has no specific position and the company is fresh new (less than 3 years) online with corporate site and ecommerce, I get to work between retail office and marketing office, so I can see and learn things from both. -Good respect of personal/family issues

- 9 to 12 hours of work per day - No specific position = double the learning, double the work, no organisation at all - Old thinking, no open mind to changes and new things, old fashioned Italian family company - Embarassing salaries for average employees
