      Good people, but understaffed - Business Analyst Sapiens Employee Review

      Pros

      Good hard working people, good pay, standard benefits.

      Cons

      Not enough people to support projects. For both business analyst, and quality analysts. This leaves very little room if someone leaves or goes on pto. This affects work life balance. There is constant battle between US and Israel leadership and autonomy. Causing rework or questioning of decisons.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
