      coworkers are willing to help Management is patient during onboarding

      Cons

      They lose their best employees, which contributes to overwork for the rest of us. Compensation not competitive. Salary adjustments not made for inflation They use their own framework but training is very poor. No one knows how the framework works

      Pros

      Good customer support and stable software applications/ support.

      Cons

      Executive turnovers, healthcare benefits were substandard, no training, layoffs, unstable, no communication, loss of customers and company was recently acquired. Very little communications with management. No holiday parties.
