Pros

Approachable line manager and senior managers. Was given support whilst dealing with the loss of a close relative, which was much appreciated. Initial salary was fair Company places a high value on life/work balance which I hope they retain being part of a group Becoming part of a group may open the door to more opportunities for career progression

Cons

Becoming part of a group has meant the perks of working for a family run business have disappeared, which is part of my original interest in the company. Salary/work reviews are not completed regularly Feedback on a job well done is only given if you are part of a flagship initiative
