I couldn't agree with the previous 1 star review more and ignore all the 5 star reviews, they are fake. Employee's and managers write fake reviews to push the negative reviews lower, and bring up the average. Watch for the flux of fake reviews after this one, like the other 1 stars previously. The staff who have been there slightly longer are getting bored of pretending to be nice and care - so there is a lot of fake-ness, talking behind peoples backs. There is huge employee turnover, like the previous comment mentioned they deliberately hire grads to indoctrinate and manipulate into thinking the way they treat their staff is acceptable. There is absolutely no flexibility or hybrid working options which is below market standard- this is because they want to babysit you everyday to make sure you finish your daily KPI' before you are allowed to leave. The base salary is not worth it for how you are treated, it's unrealistic you will make good money for a long time because they are lacking business compared to other comapnies. The management are unexperienced and in charge by default not because they have strong leadership skills. There are so so many better options out there. If you are seriously considering joining, best thing to do is look for employees who have left and reach out for an honest discussion and to get truthful answers to your questions.
