      -small company with great mission -hourly pay rate is good -flexible hours/location

      Cons

      -often had to drive far distances for more hours -super part time hours(not their fault it’s usually an after school program) -depending on lead instructor, can be a positive or negative experience

      Pros

      I would recommend this to students looking to make money on their own schedule. Everyone I worked with was friendly and interesting. The staff always were clear communicators.

      Cons

      I spent a lot of time commuting between schools. I don't think the payment for the classroom time takes into account the time for commute and setup.
