Employees get some Jewish holidays off in addition to federal holidays.

Cons

The owner (in NY) was deeply involved in day-to-day tasks which he thought he knew how to complete better than us. At least weekly he would call one of the 4 people in the office yelling and cursing for about an hour. Then he would ask to be transferred to the next person until he had yelled at everyone. Every week.
