Pros

The people at Sarasin & Partners in London are the driving force behind the company's success.

Cons

Working for Sarasin & Partners in London has been a disappointing and disheartening experience. The company's management fosters a toxic work environment that prioritizes favoritism over meritocracy. There is a clear lack of transparency in decision-making processes, and it seems that promotions are more about personal connections than actual performance. Furthermore, the lack of professional development opportunities is evident, with minimal support for career growth and skill enhancement. The company's outdated technology and inefficient systems only add to the frustration of trying to perform one's duties efficiently. Overall, Sarasin & Partners fails to create a positive and nurturing work environment. The lack of appreciation for employees, coupled with a flawed organizational structure, makes it a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a fulfilling and rewarding career in the financial industry.

Pros

Absolutely none what so ever!

Cons

I have to say that as a woman of color I have never felt more out of place than here. Not inclusive at all and the D&I efforts are mainly done for 'marketing' reasons.
