Pros

Hard work, good ideas and creativity are rewarded. There is genuine buy-in to D&I and a lot of the benefits of this are already starting to show. There is a good approach to flexible working.

Cons

Complaints about the lack of diversity at the top is due to its partnership structure. Change at this level therefore takes time to achieve. But Sarasin has been one of the most enjoyable and relaxed working environments I have experienced, and I feel they are on the genuine look out for talent and keen to nurture it when they spot it

Pros

I find it hard to come up with any positives.

Cons

Working as an IT Helpdesk employee at Sarasin & Partners in London has been an overwhelmingly disappointing experience, marked by inefficiency, poor management, and an overall lack of regard for employee well-being. In conclusion, working at Sarasin & Partners as an IT Helpdesk employee has been a demoralizing experience. The combination of outdated technology, poor communication, excessive workload, and unresponsive management creates an environment that is detrimental to professional growth and overall job satisfaction. Prospective employees should carefully consider these factors before committing to a role in this organization.

Pros

Absolutely none what so ever!

Cons

I have to say that as a woman of color I have never felt more out of place than here. Not inclusive at all and the D&I efforts are mainly done for 'marketing' reasons.
