I had my own software consulting business for fifteen years, and during that period of time, I worked with quite a few vendors and medium-to-large enterprises. Saratoga Software Solutions is easily the best vendor that I've ever worked with; I only wish that all vendors could measure up to the level of excellence consistently displayed by Saratoga. Saratoga is the only vendor I ever worked with whose people I felt like I really “knew” and with whom I had a relationship that transcended the usual “marriage of convenience” that often characterizes many vendor/contractor relationships. Saratoga’s administration is truly professional, and they can be counted upon to handle every detail with excellence. Over the time that I worked with Saratoga, I never had a single problem with invoice payment or any other detail. Their execution is flawless. In summary, I can recommend Saratoga without reservation – you couldn’t ask or hope for a better vendor.
