Pros
This is a company that treats its employees as a person, not a number. They offer a great work-life balance program and have been perfecting it since 1953. They've even hired a Work-Life Balance Coach to keep employees lives in balance. I've worked at other companies and consider myself lucky to be a part of this organization
Cons
The company is persnickety about its products and it also doesn't settle when it comes to hiring. It is a challenge to gain employment here and turn-over is very low. Once in the door, the culture makes a career enjoyable. So the hiring opportunities are limited.
