Pros
Excellent retirement/401k plan. Good hourly pay and benefits.
Cons
Encourages a "tattle" culture where people are encouraged to bring every problem to supervisors or managers instead of encouraging cooperation and on the floor problem solving. Supervisors are often grossly incompetent and managers will mislead individuals about changes and expectations to further their career. HR will either blow problems off completely or overreact to small things. Very few issues get the response they merit.
