Horrible work place, hostile work environment - Techincial Support Sarpy County Administration Employee Review

Management is horrible. Reported harassment at work and got fired instead of the person who was the issue. HIGHLY political. HR also does a horrible job evaluating. They keep people who have tenure. They have people who they favor and they want people who keep their head down. No culture. High turn over!
