Senior management is running the company only to fill the kitty of themself, their close family and close frds who r working in the organisation. Hire and fire company...Only those who r close to senior.management will be permanent and will be retained even if they don't do any work Hard work has no value. Full of politics worst than our Indian politics. There are people.in this organisation who are there from inception of the company and are just doing nothing.nothing at all and still their kitty is filled.
