Zero safety culture Incompetent management Incompetent engineering groups The company thrives on being mediocre at best, and relies on its operations group to pull everything together. If you’re a tradesmen with any education do not apply here. If you’re a under motivated person with a degree and want an office job with not a lot of responsibility this is a good fit.
