Sometimes pay day is late.

Small studio, great location, met some good people there and learned a new and valuable skill- tracking. Always felt good working there, they will give you a lot of freedom as long as you deliver your work on time. They were good to me even after I left, I got most of my shots I worked on and I feel like the line of communication is always opened there. I also made a lot of friends there.

Some problems that come with smaller studios like salary can be an issue. I also felt like the management/ leads structure could be more clear.
