Micromanagement, pay delays, and no work-life balance and weak tech stack - Junior Data Scientist SatSure Employee Review

1. The company is so pathetic that it never pays salary on time. We have struggled quite a lot and they delay our salary by more than 10-12 days without any notice. Sometimes they delay it even further. 2. The company says they wish to innovate, but all their funds goes in filling the management and equity holder's pockets, there is no innovation, always lack of resources. 3. Their marketing and personal connections let them get awards (I don't know if they buy it too), but never have they ever delivered a substantial solution on ground. We work on the solutions and we know that there isn't a single solution that's working. 4. Their deals with Safran, and other international players, oh lord, these companies are so screwed now. They don't know the dirty game this company plays to gain profits and fool others. 5. There ain't no work-life balance, instead if you see other posts you will figure out how many employees they lay-off without notice. 6. The company only and only fools investors, and get money. Their presentation to the authorities is very deceiving. If some actual technologist checks their tech stack, it is extremely shallow. The leadership is very weak. 7. The other companies like Pixxel, Digantra, Galaxeye etc. are far better if you want to up skill your career and paid well, because SatSure has in the last 7-8 months not hired a single good group of technolgists, rather they are firing people and replacing with cheaper ones. 8. Get in this company if you want to work overtime, not paid for it, have poor compensation, and not work on any substantial tech. It is a very good company for people in the management as you will have to do nothing, fool people around using the name (which will only last some more time), and then switch, highly recommended. 9. The company policy changes, the role changes, the structure changes every single quarter. Only the lower level employees are blamed for the work. In the past 6 months, their very senior and actually good employees have left because of this pathetic environment. 10. Highly underpaid tech employees, I am somehow surviving and looking for transition asap. I see all of my peers from other companies visit multiple conferences and training sessions, but since I am junior employee, they have never ever thought about my learning. Same is the case until you are manager for a large team, none of my peers here have got this opportunity.
