Pros
Great place to work, great colleagues, and generally just a nice place to spend your day working. A great place to get to work as a student. So much freedom, and so much understanding of the importance of your studies, so I can only recommend it.
Cons
Generally no real cons of working there as a student, but I would have to point to something, it would be two things. Salary: While the salary is fine, nothing is done to award people going the extra mile. You will get paid the same as people who just started. Life after studies: To my experience, most students end up leaving Satair unfortunately. Whether that being lack of options, different aspirations or whatever it may be. To me, it seems like no real effort is taken to keep the students once their studies are getting to an end. But I want to be clear, it is a very nice place to work and you have so much freedom in designing your schedule so it fits with everything else.
