Beware of this company and its ineffective leadership, who lack experience and openness to feedback. With poor management, minimal training, and excessive auditing, it's no wonder the team is struggling to retain members and its hiring every other month. Don't fall for their promises of high salaries and training period; their exploitative practices and poor management will catch up with you. No or little appreciation for your hardwork , the so called training period is just a mirage for actual production under minimal stipend (which when questioned call it OJT ). - This company's practices are a red flag: inexperienced leadership, lack of training, and poor work-life balance. Think twice before joining. High staff turnover (only 2-3 team members left) speaks volumes about this company's management and work environment.
