Unfortunately, Good salary is the only pro.

Nepotism, if you are not a family member/friend/neighbour/girlfriend from one of the shareholders (too many!!) or do not know someone in higher levels you are doomed. No salary increase and no promotion even though you are a good employee. Bad behavior from the seniors and the people who have connections in higher levels. Work 6 days per week apart from the Saudis who work 5. People from countries like India, Nepal and Bangladesh are treated like pigs. Also, women are considered inferior. Stay away and do not be intrigued by a good salary.
