Consistent employment, great at training people (I went from no experience to climbing, CDL, pesticide license, and ISA arborist certification and more skills in about three years’ time. SavATree covered the cost of all of this training). SavATree is extremely safety-oriented, even when it hurts their profit margin. We are issued standard advanced personal protective equipment and uniforms. Each employee is given the right to stop work if he feels that he cannot safely complete the job. Every morning we talk about safety and once a week we take time for an extended safety talk. There is excellent equipment. There is an excellent structure in place for testing up levels based on the employee’s initiative and earning incremental pay raises. The employee culture is pretty friendly and very tolerant of Christians. This has not been the case for me at other employers. SavATree is dedicated to quality service and doing tree care with excellence. SavATree has over 90 locations throughout the United States, so there are occasional opportunities to travel or move and still keep the same job.
