When I was about to tired to find a IT job, Savantis gave me a chance, and its a vendor to MNCs which helped to get work on Client side and then after 8 to 12 months we would likely to be promoted on Client Payroll based on your performance. The technical and the most good thing is your soft skills training program which is a base to crack any interview is the main focus here. No money chargeable by employee, they have contracts between MNCs. And can provide you a good start if you are really loosing your hope. I got switched to client payroll in 10 months. Cons
Considering the job crisis, i felt no cons there. And ofcourse till the time you will not get a job in MNC , you will not be asked for a single penny. And after placement,they have their own contract with company and you will be getting what you will be agreed on very first day.
