Pros
Working here I have amazing work life balance, a flexible working arrangement and so many opportunities to learn from some of the biggest brains in the business. The kinds of subjects you deal with are complicated, and are certainly not going to suit everyone, but if you are keen to learn and are able to understand basic statistical concepts there are lots of resources available to help you. But the biggest plus here is just how great everyone is to work with, people always have time for any questions you might have and are willing to explain the often complex nature of the work they do (from statistical analysis through to DevOps)
Cons
The time difference with the head office (Utah) can make it difficult to get meetings in the little overlap we have of working days Smaller office in the UK means that you need to be a self-starter and willing to take responsibility for some of your own development
