      Pros

      the work environment is flexible.

      Cons

      There alot of favoritism in the data management group. I been here over two year and I was suppose to be on a client project but I got push aside because a consultant there wanted to work with his buddy and the director allow that to happen. Not only it happen to me but other consultant with the same people.

      Pros

      It’s great working with others who are passionate about what they do. Working with the senior leadership on a few projects has been a great experience to see their brainstorming and refining of visions for the company.

      Cons

      The cohesion across the company is a bit weak because everyone has their heads down and is focused on their work. Yeah, there is a get-together once a quarter to review how the business is going, but nothing that really excites me to look forward to them (no activities that truly include remote people).

      Thanks for this feedback. We agree that it’s definitely inspiring to work alongside people who love what they do and we want to keep that going. Regarding the lack of cohesion – we agree. Like a lot of other companies, we are still finding our path in this remote world and love to hear suggestions from our teams on better ways to overcome the separation and bring people together.       Nice office space while it lasted

      ceo has a temper problem and doesn't know how to communicate effectively causing tons of turnover.
