Pros

They pay on time, I guess?

Cons

- Has very limited product offerings and offering but then wonders why sales aren’t better. - Associated with the former Phoenix Insurance Company. Do yourself a favor and look into why they had to rebrand. - “Strongly encourages,” associates to take pictures and videos of themselves showing that “WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!” for COVID and then lays employees off. I personally received multiple emails about not sending in my likeness to help them market off of them global pandemic. - Compensation is nowhere near aligned with the rest of the marketplace. - Finds out about Zoom meetings one day and has a bunch of meetings just to have everyone sit around with a glass of wine while executive management makes inappropriate comments to each other while the rest watch and listen uncomfortably. - Constantly changing territory structures and initiatives and then muses why there’s no consistency in production. - General “you’re lucky to be here” attitude, which is reflective in the other Glassdoor “reviews,” which are extremely suspect to this former employee.

Pros

Flexible work environment, supportive management team, fun teamwork vibe even remotely.

Cons

The lengthy tenure of senior leadership also creates less room for possible management growth, but they are also open to the opportunities.

Pros

I believe this is a great company and opportunity for wholesalers. If you are considering a move, do not hesitate to approach Saybrus to determine if it fits you well. I wish I had found this model of wholesaling earlier in my career.

Cons

They can change who you call on, and the third-party vendors can cancel their contracts at will, but they have A LOT of contracts so you aren't left with no one to call on, which can happen when you're captive in a heartbeat.
