Annual leave is not a right, you will have to fight,drag or even beg before they approve your annual leave. HR finds joy in issuing query. Believe in yourself and not what HR says. Toxic work environment. If your current job gives peace of mind stay with it ooo, or accept the money they will give you and forget peace of mind in the workplace. Work overload is assured.
