Pros

-unprecedented opportunity to grow and encourages entrepreneurship and client engagement -great people -I love my job, the diverse projects and freedom to grow! Even with the long hours sometimes I still LOVE what I’m doing. This has been my dream!

Cons

I would stay here happily for years, but it’s so awful internally that it’s not sustainable for my mental and emotional health. I want a team and you have to be a lone wolf - you’re actively excluded. Lack of true leadership and standards especially in Seattle HQ office. Lack of respect for sub-disciplines. Lack of listening to expert staff because here, the engineers always know better than you. Lack of support on projects. Poor communication. Poor ability to change. Overall just a toxic culture and burn out but with good intentioned people. No “One Sazan” in practice. High turnover for talented and invested staff - high retention of staff who under perform and reluctant to change or teach/mentor. Lack of women in leadership.

Thanks for sharing your opinion, It would be far more helpful if you shared it directly with Nader and the leadership team instead of blasting it here. Our doors are always open for safe, confidential conversations with employees, even if they are tough conversations.
