1.) A lot of micromanagement in the organization as it feels you are being watched constantly.
2.) Very Below par salary with almost 0 opportunity for hikes - On top of that they have so many rules where they are looking constantly to cut an employee's salary.
3.) Not good projects - The management is more concerned with their revenue so they make you do things that are not part if your job responsibility.
4.) Employees point of view is never listened to.
