Pros
Many very 'good' employees as company focusses on hiring culture fit. Dont see too many 'cardboard' managers although they are not empowered Good projects Trying to make positive changes but ignoring the obvious issues.
Cons
Pay is average at best. Can see very big differences in teams. Many people jumped ship, rest understaffed without trained/system-familiar resources because of the greed of the company's closed purse strings. only gives increases when people resign. Annual increases very low and employees lied to about the average increases. Extremely bad bonus system. Managers are extremely hands-off with developing their teams, salaries etc and even if they do role out trainings, they excessive overtime makes it unrealistic anyone can better themselves. Employee loyalty is exploited, may work excessive overtime which the company pretends to be ignorant of. Inequal work load distribution. You can't get worse workload, the company is a health time bomb. All companies have a main goal of being profitable, but not all companies exploit their employees' dedication and fears of retrenchments
