Many people who work at Scavengers are great and talented. In some departments, you'll get to exercise a lot of creativity and quickly green light your ideas.
Cons
Founders have trouble making realistic plans and properly explaining them to the team. You'll have to deal with headaches like sudden changes in direction and deadlines, not enough transparency, and disjointed approaches. Also, I have heard one of the founders yell at an employee. Another reviewer here said they were "unstable" and that's probably the best way to describe them.
