Ability to "run your own business (territory)" and plan your own schedules. No issues about staying at nice hotels or eating well while entertaining customers or traveling on business.
Cons
Extensive reporting and micromanaging by senior level management. Unrealistic corporate goals makes reaching bonus very difficult.
