Pros
CX department is great (managers included). Allowed for remote work much of the time. They support taking care of yourself (mental health days etc).
Cons
The CEO and higher level management seemed out of touch with what was going on in CX and what customers wanted. The direction of the product was unclear much of the time. Not much room for advancement and low pay for tech.
