There are no pros at all.

They are nice only while giving out jobs. Doing all as they requested and they still refuse paying, finding excuses, blaming you while by hundreds of similar projects behind you have more experiment than they do. They don't speak the local language, their messages are broken local language, google translate, so do not expect them that they understand what you want to say. When they are not right, they disappear, without paying. More than 5 friends told exactly the same, they neither were paid.

The most interesting are 1. Fair system of bonuses and getting salary in time. 2. Opportunity to work from home. 3. Opportunity to get your fist working experience. Also, there are a lot of other smaller advanteges.

If you aren't self organized, it'll be hard to work. Because here bosses evaluate the quantity and quality of the results and don't pay much attention on the time you were spending with the work.
